This listing is an option for everyone who purchases a glass cup.
JazzCrafted is not responsible for glass cups that are broken during shipping if protection is not purchased.
Glass protection will cover the cost of replacing your cup only if purchased with your cups at checkout. If you order more than one cup, each cup will need its own protection purchase. You CANNOT add glass protection after shipping.
In order to receive a replacement cup you must provide photos of the broken cup within 15 days of your purchase.
If the cup purchased is out of stock, you will be offered a replacement.
This protection only covers your cup. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement.
