Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and creating your order as all items are mostly handmade. Shipping within the US is 1-3 business days. 

ATTENTION: If you purchase a glass cup, JazzCrafted is not responsible for possible breakage of the glass cup during shipping and processing. 

You are given the option to purchase glass protection for your cups. Glass protection will cover the cost of replacing your cup only if purchased with your cups at checkout. If you order more than one cup, each cup will need its own protection purchase. You CANNOT add glass protection after shipping. 

In order to receive a replacement cup you must provide photos of the broken cup within 15 days of your purchase. 

If the cup purchased is out of stock, you will be offered a replacement. 

This protection only covers your cup. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement.
